Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old. You must not analyze or submit a photo of a person under 18, even with parental permission. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
Your photo and permission
You retain your rights in a selected photo. You must own it or have clear permission from the adult pictured. You are responsible for making sure the use complies with law and any agreement with that person.
Free tools process the photo on your device. If you choose a Full Report, you give us and the processors named in Data Processing limited permission to transmit and process the resized image only to provide, secure and troubleshoot that requested report.
Accounts and security
An account is optional and is required only for Full Report purchases, credits and history. You must use your own Google account, keep access secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. We may suspend an account to protect users, payments or the service.
Payments, wallet credits and refunds
The pricing and Stripe checkout pages show the selected pack, amount and currency before payment. Each top-up is a one-time purchase; there is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased credits do not expire while the account and service remain available, and they may not be transferred or resold.
A return to our success page does not prove payment. Credits are added only after a valid Stripe webhook confirms paid status. A completed Full Report currently costs 10 credits. The displayed cost applies before you submit; a future price change will not retroactively alter completed transactions. No-face, multiple-face, uncertain-adulthood, low-quality and processor-error outcomes automatically return all credits charged for that attempt.
Except where law requires otherwise, credits used for a completed digital report are not refundable after processing begins with your express consent. A payment refund removes the corresponding credits; if they have already been spent, the adjustment can reduce the usable wallet balance until a later top-up covers it. For an accidental unused top-up or repeated service failure, contact contact@airateface.com. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
Prohibited uses
You may not use the service to:
- analyze a minor or a person who did not consent;
- harass, shame, sexualize, humiliate or discriminate against anyone;
- rank strangers, scrape results, resell credits or perform automated or bulk face evaluation;
- make employment, education, insurance, lending, housing, policing or another high-impact decision;
- infer health, disability, personality, ethnicity, gender, age or another sensitive trait;
- seek medical diagnosis or cosmetic-surgery advice;
- bypass sign-in, payment, wallet, rate-limit, origin or other security controls;
- use the service in violation of law or another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright or contractual rights.
What a result means
Free results are two-dimensional landmark and pixel calculations. The Full Report adds a model-based visual interpretation. Neither is an objective measure of attractiveness, worth, identity, health or future outcomes.
Lighting, expression, angle, focal length, obstruction, model updates and provider changes can affect a result. The weights and reference ranges are product choices, not universal scientific standards. Read Methodology and Limitations.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, rate-limit or discontinue a feature, reject a photo, or block access for safety, reliability, legal compliance or abuse prevention. If a paid service is discontinued while valid unused credits remain, we will provide an appropriate remedy required by applicable law.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, equal performance across images or demographics, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Do not rely on a result for a medical, legal, financial, employment, relationship or other important decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
