Clear a free photo and result
- Select Start over, Analyze another photo or Delete local result in the tool.
- The page removes its preview, in-memory image, landmarks and report state.
- You can also reload or close the tab.
The free image and full report are not sent to our analysis API or saved in our database, so there is no server-side free result record to locate.
Delete an optional account and saved reports
- Open the Account page and sign in.
- Choose Delete account under Account controls.
- Confirm the irreversible deletion.
This removes the profile, Google account link, sessions, wallet balance, credit activity, consent records and saved Full Report text from the active account data. Unused credits are forfeited unless applicable law requires another remedy. It does not delete files already downloaded to your device.
Why some billing records may remain
Payment records can be subject to accounting, tax, chargeback, fraud-prevention and legal retention duties. When an account is deleted, our application removes the direct user link from retained order records where supported, while preserving transaction identifiers and status needed for those purposes.
Stripe controls payment data in its own systems. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy or contact us if a payment record needs investigation.
Delete downloaded files
A result card, overlay, JSON report or printed PDF exists on your device only after you choose download or print. Delete it using your device’s Files, Downloads, Photos or trash controls.
Free result cards exclude the photo by default. If you actively include it, treat the downloaded file like any other personal photo.
Change the analytics preference
Optional analytics are off until you choose “Allow analytics.” The choice is stored under arf_analytics. Clear site data in your browser to remove or change it.
Consent-based analytics events do not contain a photo, landmark set, score, report text, account email or payment identifier.
Third-party provider data
Application deletion does not automatically erase records a processor must retain under its own legal duties. You can also review or manage:
- Google account connections to revoke sign-in access;
- Stripe privacy information for payment data;
- OpenRouter privacy information for paid report processing;
- Cloudflare privacy information for network and infrastructure handling.
Send a privacy request
Email contact@airateface.com with “Privacy request.” Do not attach a face photo or government ID unless we explain why proportionate verification is necessary.
Useful context includes your account email, approximate request or payment time, country or region, and the action you want. We will not ask for a free-result ID because free results do not have one.
